The use of modern BIM 3D modeling + rendering software technologies allows for the end product being visualised at an early stage of the conceptual design process in a language that our clients can clearly understand in order to make descisions early on with regards to the architectural aesthetic, materials, finishes and colours.

 

We have also undertaken numerous medium to high density sized group housing developments completed with marked success in the medium to upmarket residential sectors.

Small scale commercial projects also completed to a variety of scopes ranging from conveniance mixed retail + office developments including small to medium sized low-rise corperate office parks, office space planning services, multi-purpose facilities, fuel service station design as well as high density storage facilities and also including remote boutique holiday resort design as for the leisure and tourism industry.
